When Sanjiv Yajnik tries to recruit a potential employee to his Captial Ones’ Plano campus, he always expects to hear one question: “What are the schools like?” So it’s no surprise that a group of local business leaders focused on improving Collin County would take a keen interest in education. In addition to Yanjik’s duties as president of Capital One’s financial services division, he is also chairman of the Collin County Business Alliance.
