Proposition 1 key for Collin County business growth

Allen American As Texas, in particular Collin County, continues its rapid growth by attracting new businesses to the area, it is vitally important that our community has the infrastructure to accommodate this growth. It is for this reason that the Collin County Business Alliance (CCBA) urges the passage of Proposition 1, which would allow for more than $1.6 billion to be transferred to the state highway fund to help in the construction, completion and maintenance of our state’s roads and highways. Our county has taken center stage in recent months, following the decision by Toyota Motor Corp. to move its North American headquarters to Plano from California. (Click here for the full story).
